摘　　要：随着卓越工程师教育培养计划的推行和地方高校转型等改革的不断深入,新建本科院校软件工程专业的人才培养教学手段落后、学生能力培养与IT企业能力要求不匹配等不足显现出来,这些不足需要认真研究并加以解决.以应用本科软件工程专业为例,通过“3+1”形成“四层次、三新型、两结合”的应用技术型人才培养模式,提升了软件工程专业的教育教学质量.With the implementation of“A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers”and the reform of local colleges and universities,the phenomena have become apparent,such as the shortage of teaching methods for undergraduate software engineering,mismatch between the ability of the students and the ability requirements of IT company.These phenomena need to be carefully studied and resolved.Taking software engineering of Application-oriented Undergraduate as an example,this paper proposes a“four-level,three-new,two-in-one”software engineering professional talent training program based on the“3+1”model,which improves the quality of software engineering education and teaching.
