英语幽默翻译变体的心理解读

摘　　要：黄忠廉教授于1998年在中国译学界首次提出变译理论,但目前变译理论的应用研究仅局限于文学作品、社科作品和科技作品。幽默作为一种特殊的文体,其翻译当中同样存在着变译现象。本文以黄忠廉教授的变译理论为指导,归纳出英语幽默翻译的四种变体体式,即摘译、编译、改译和阐释,通过实例分析,阐释了以上四种变体体式,挖掘出这四种变体背后的心理机制,进而得出结论,英语幽默翻译变体是翻译过程中译者运思其心理的产物。In Chinese translation circle,it is Professor Huang Zhonglian who for the first time put forward translation variation theory in 1998.However,current applied research is mainly confined to the translation of literary works,social science and technological articles.As a special literary form,translation variation also exists in humor translation.Guided by translation variation theory,this paper extracts four English humor translation variants—selected translation,edited translation,translation plus rewriting and translation plus explanation.Through typical instances,this paper further dives deep into the causes of the four variants from psychological mechanism of translator.Based on the above,a conclusion is drawn that English humor translation variation is the outcome of translator’s psychological activities in translation process.
