摘 要:班集体作为特殊的学生群体,对学生的全面健康发展发挥着不可估量的作用。在班集体中,学生遵循共同的行为准则,思想情感上相互影响并拥有共同的奋斗目标。基于班集体制度建设忽视民主性、班集体人际关系不和谐、班集体文化建设形式化等现象,班主任应本着“把班级还给学生”的理念进行班集体建设:民主协商,共同制定班集体制度;团结协作,人人参与班级管理;高度重视,构建班集体核心价值观。As a special student group,the class collective plays an invaluable role in the overall and healthy development of students.In a class,students follow a common code of conduct,affecting each other emotionally and having common goals.Based on the phenomena of class collective system construction,such as neglecting democracy,inharmonious interpersonal relationship,and formalistic class culture construction,class teachers should carry out class collective construction with the concept of "returning class to students":jointly formulating class collective system based on democratic consultation;everyone's participation in class management based on unity and cooperation;attaching great importance to building the core values of the class collective.
