摘  要:目的探讨思维导图法结合PBL教学对提高护士临床思维能力的效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月护理人员200名作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统培训模式,观察组采取思维导图法结合PBL教学。比较两组护理人员的理论操作评分、思维能力评分。结果观察组护理人员的理论操作评分和思维能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图法结合PBL教学在护理教学中的应用,能够强化护理人员对理论知识、操作技能掌握,提高护士临床思维能力。Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping method combined with PBL teaching in improving nurses'clinical thinking ability.Methods To select 200 nursing staffs in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was used traditional training mode.The observation group was adopted mind mapping method combined with PBL teaching.The theoretical operation scores and thinking ability scores of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The theoretical operation score and thinking ability score of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of mind mapping combined with the application of PBL teaching in nursing teaching could strengthen the nursing staff's theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and improve the clinical thinking ability of nurses.
