摘  要:目的在口腔正畸教学中应用数字化辅助的CBL教学法并评价其教学效果,探索适合于口腔正畸教学的教学模式。方法从2012~2015级口腔医学专业本科生中选取研究对象40人,所有学生接受内容相同的口腔PBL课程,教学模式改革被实施于正畸部分教学中。将学生分成两组,在2012和2013级学生中采用常规PBL教学,选取其中20名作为PBL组;在2014和2015级学生中采用数字化辅助的CBL教学,选取其中20名作为CBL组。通过学生满意度问卷调查和成绩考核两种形式评价教学效果。采用SPSS软件处理数据。结果数字化辅助的CBL教学模式的效果明显优于常规PBL教学模式,学生满意度问卷调查和成绩考核评价结果都显示为CBL组明显高于PBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化辅助的CBL教学是一种更适合于口腔正畸教学的教学模式,提高了学生的学习兴趣、知识掌握程度和临床思维能力。Objective In the orthodontic teaching,the application of CBL teaching method assisted by digitization and the teaching effect is evaluated,to explore the teaching mode suitable for orthodontic teaching.Methods 40 undergraduates of oral medicine between grade 2012 and 2015 were selected as the study objects.They were received the same course of oral clinical medicine by PBL teaching method,teaching model reform is implemented in orthodontic teaching In orthodontic teaching,students were divided into two groups.20 students of grade 2012 and 2013 were selected as PBL group who were taught by PBL method,while 20 students of grade 2014 and 2015 were selected as CBL group who were taught by CBL method assisted by digitization.The teaching efect of the two groups was evaluated through questionnaires and examination.Data was analyzed by SPSS software.Results The effect of CBL teaching method assisted by digitization is obviously better than that of conventional PBL teaching mode.The results of student satisfaction questionnaire and examination evaluation showed that the CBL group was significantly higher than the PBL group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching assisted by digitization could enhance students’learning interest,acquisition of knowledge and clinical thinking ability,which is a more suitable method in orthodontic teaching.
