会展实践教学的改革与探索——以“节事策划与管理”课程小班教学为例

摘　　要：以”节事活动策划与管理”课程小班教学作为研究对象,对小班教学的设计、组织实施与成效进行全面分析和效果检验发现,小班教学对于促进课程目标的达成、学生学习主动性的增强、学生兴趣增加及表达沟通研究创新等综合素养提升有一定的作用,但目前开展的小班教学也存在着课程设计、研讨环境、学生参与效果等方面未能达到预期效果的问题,建议从教室布局、师资培训、课程选择方面进行改进,提升小班教学最终效果。Taking the small class teaching of the course“event planning and management”as the research object,the article analyzes the design,organization and effectiveness of small class teaching.The findings suggest that small class teaching plays an active role in promoting the achievement of the course objectives,students’learning initiative,students interest and their overall qualifications in communication,research and innovation.However,problems still exist in curriculum design,research and discussion environment,and student participation.The paper concludes with suggestions for improvement from the perspectives classroom layout,teacher training and course selection.
