摘 要:目的:探讨羞怯、友谊质量、师生关系对初中生学校适应的影响。方法:采用羞怯量表、友谊质量简表、师生关系量表和学校适应量表对555名初中生进行问卷调查。结果:羞怯与师生关系、学校适应显著负相关;消极友谊质量与师生关系、学校适应显著负相关;师生关系与学校适应显著正相关;在羞怯对学校适应的影响中,消极友谊质量调节了羞怯与学校适应的关系;师生关系在消极友谊质量对羞怯和学校适应关系的调节效应中起完全中介作用。结论:初中生羞怯和学校适应的关系受消极友谊质量的影响,在低消极友谊质量下,羞怯显著地降低初中生的学校适应,该影响通过师生关系的中介发挥作用。Objective:To explore the influence of shyness,friendship quality and teacher-student relationship on the adjustment of middle school students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was undertook among 555 middle school students using the shyness scale,friendship quality scale,teacher-student relationship scale and school adjustment scale.Results:Shyness was significantly and negatively related to teacher-student relationship and school adjustment;negative friendship quality was negatively correlated with teacher-student relationship and school adjustment;teacher-student relationship was positively correlated with school adjustment;teacher-student relationship mediated the moderation of negative friendship quality on the relationship between shyness and school adjustment.Conclusion:The relationship between middle school students’shyness and school adjustment is affected by the quality of negative friendship.Under the low negative friendship quality,shyness significantly reduces the school adjustment of middle school students.This influence plays a role through the mediation of teacher-student relationship.
