摘 要:主观幸福感是评价个人和社会生活品质的重要指标,也是标识个体心理健康的重要内容.教师主观幸福感与教师人格的关系最为密切,从四个层面详细阐述教师主观幸福感与其人格关系.首先,从概念层面梳理主观幸福感与教师人格的内涵;其次,从实证层面介绍教师主观幸福分别与其一般个体人格,职业人格的关系;接着,从理论层面分别诠释遗传、人格理论、社会比较理论、主观幸福感与人格一致模式、人格-环境交互作用对主观幸福感与教师人格关系;最后,从实践层面提出提高教师主观幸福感的策略.Teachers’Subjective Well-Being(SWB)is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of a teacher’s personal and social life,and is also an important indicator to reveal an individual’s mental health.Teacher personality is most closely related to teachers’subjective well-being.The relationship between the two was elaborated from four perspectives.First,from the conceptual level,the connotation of the subjective well-being and the teacher’s personality were examined in detail.Second,from the empirical level,the relationships between the teacher’s subjective well-being and general individual personality,and professional personality is introduced.Then,from the theoretical perspective,the relationships between teachers’subjective well-being and their personality is interpreted,including the perspectives of Genetic theory,Personality theory,Social comparison theory,the teacher’s subjective well-being and personality consistency model and Personality-environment interaction.Finally,from the practical perspective,it puts forward some strategies for the enhancement of teachers’subjective well-being.
