摘 要:目的探究死亡教育护理模式在调节癌症缓解期患者负面情绪及生活质量中的作用。方法选取肿瘤科住院的癌症临床缓解期肿瘤患者20例接受死亡教育护理,观察患者在教育前后面对死亡态度的变化;采用简明心境量表(POMS)评价患者接受死亡教育前后的情绪状态,采用生活质量测定量表评价患者接受死亡教育前后的生活质量情况。结果教育前,仅有15%(3/20)的患者能够用乐观的态度接受死亡;教育后,能够乐观接受死亡的患者比率(60.00%)增加;POMS量表总分及其中的抑郁-沮丧(DD)、紧张-焦虑(TA)、疲劳-迟钝(FI)、愤怒-敌意(AH)、慌乱-迷惑(CB)5个维度的评分降低(P<0.05);生活质量测定量表中角色功能、认知功能、躯体功能、情绪功能及社会功能的评分增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论死亡教育能够缓解肿瘤患者的紧张焦虑情绪,并提升患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of death education-based nursing in confronting negative emotions and enhancing quality of life for patients with cancer in remission period.Methods Firstly,20 patients with cancer in remission period admitted for hospitalization in the oncology department were chosen as the subjects of study and treated with death education-based nursing.The subjects’mental states before intervention and those after intervention were closely observed.Next,the emotional states of the subjects as observed before and after intervention were assessed with the simple mood scale(profile of mood states,POMS).The quality of life before and after intervention was assessed with the quality of life scale.Results Before intervention,only 15%(3/20)patients were able to accept death with an optimistic attitude.After intervention,the rate of patients holding a positive attitude towards death became 60.00%.The increase was significant.The total score of the POMS scale and the scores of the five dimensions,i.e.,depression-depression(DD),stress-anxiety(TA),fatigue-dullness(FI),anger-hostility(AH),and panic-confuse(CB)decreased significantly(P<0.05).The scores of role function,cognitive function,physical function,emotional function and social function increased significantly.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Death education-based nursing can alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety of the cancer patients and hence improve their quality of life.
