摘　　要：为了解决实习医师临床教学的电子病历书写培训问题,本研究通过调研教学医院的实际需求,开发了一套适用于实习医生临床实践不同阶段教学需要的电子病历平台。该平台包括测试库教学电子病历、教学虚拟电子病历、临床附属账号电子病历三种模式,不仅能够实现实习医师电子病历培训、病历管理、实习质控等教学任务,也可以拓展医院电子病历在支持临床教学方面的应用空间。In order to solve the problem of electronic medical record writing training for clinical teaching of interns,a set of electronic medical record platform suitable was developed for teaching needs at different stages of clinical practice of interns by investigating the actual needs of teaching hospitals in this study.This platform included three modes:test base teaching electronic medical record,teaching virtual electronic medical record,and clinical affiliated account electronic medical record,which could not only realize teaching tasks such as training of medical record for interns,medical record management,practice quality control,but also expand the application space of hospital electronic medical record in supporting clinical teaching.
