结构功能主义视角下美国大学生学习成果测评体系研究

摘　　要：高校功能的实现离不开大学生学习成果的获取。美国高校利用帕森斯AGIL分析模型开展大学生学习成果测评,具有良好的理论适切性,其适应功能、目标实现功能、整合功能,与潜护功能,与大学生学习成果评价四大子系统呈对应关系,并较好地实现了功能发挥,对美国高等教育的发展功不可没。其成熟的制度化的评价模式,对中国开展大学生学习成果评价具有借鉴意义。高校需要重视理论研究、强化第三方组织的评价作用、丰富测评方法,同时,要提高学校管理和服务水平,多措并举,提高大学生学习成果评价工作的实效性。The work of functions of higher-learning cannot be separated from undergraduates'learning outcomes.Testing students'learning outcomes with Parsons'AGIL Model by US higher learning institutes is theoretically pertinent.Its adaptive function,goal realization function,integrative function and potential function are in line with four subsystems of college students'learning outcomes evaluation and could exert functions.It is therefore critical for the US higher education.The mature systematic evaluation model has referential significance to measure the learning outcomes of Chinese college students.Colleges and universities need to pay attention to the theoretical research,strengthen the effect of third party assessment,enrich test methods,improve the administrative and service level of higher learning institutes and take multiple measures to improve the effectiveness of undergraduates learning outcomes evaluation.
