摘　　要：本文以吉林省某高中的专家型英语教师为个案,采用课堂观察、访谈及实物收集等质性研究方法,探讨英语教师的信念现状和影响信念的因素。研究发现,研究对象具有完备的信念体系,外部因素和内部因素的交互影响使其信念动态发展。This article takes a senior high school expert English teacher in Ji Lin Province as a case to explore the English teacher’s beliefs,and the factors influencing such beliefs.Qualitative research methods including classroom observation,interview and case documents collection are adopted.Results show that the expert teacher has a complete belief system,and the interaction between external factors and internal factors makes her beliefs develop dynamically.
