矿井机车无人驾驶系统的研究

摘　　要：西山煤电集团西曲矿已建立综合信息化管理系统,但井下的机电运输管理还处于人工管理阶段,导致运输效率较低。针对此问题,设计了一种基于无线局域网的矿井机车无人驾驶系统,分析了系统的结构组成、通信系统的构建、路况及机车速度的控制,阐述了道岔转辙机控制及煤仓自动注煤控制。该系统在西曲矿取得了良好的使用效果。Xiqu Coal Mine of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group has established a comprehensive information management system,but the underground mechanical and electrical transport management is still in the stage of manual management,resulting in low transport efficiency.Aiming at this problem,an unmanned driving system of mine locomotive based on wireless local area network is designed.The structure of the system,the construction of communication system,the control of road condition and locomotive speed are analyzed.The control of switch machine and coal bunker automatic injection are expounded.The system has achieved good results in Xiqu Mine.
