摘 要:目的建立黑果枸杞中8种微量元素的含量测定方法,并用于其溶出性研究。方法样品经压力罐消解法处理后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定黑果枸杞及浸泡液中的微量元素As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Pb、Zn的含量,计算各微量元素的溶出率,并用标准物质(GBW 10021)对方法的准确度进行验证。结果8种微量元素线性回归方程的相关系数均〉0.999。除As外,各元素的加标回收率在95%-110%,相对标准偏差<5.0%。方法检出限为0.002μg/g^0.06 μg/g。GBW10021的测试结果与参考值一致。结论黑果枸杞的8种微量元素中,Fe、Mn、Zn的含量较高。各微量元素的溶出率顺序为Zn≈As>Cr>Pb>Cd>Mn>Cu>Fe,实验数据可为黑果枸杞合理利用提供参考。Objective A method was developed for the determination of 8 trace elements and their dissolution rates in Lycium ruthenicum Murr. Methods After digestion of the samples in closed vessels, the contents of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb, Zn in Lycium ruthenicum Murr. and its soaking liquid were determined by inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry(ICP-MS), and then their dissolution rates were calculated. The method was also validated by analysis of the certified reference material(GBW10021). Results The correlation coefficients of each linear regeression equation were above 0.999. The recovery of trace elements except As was within 95%-110%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%. The method detection limits were in the range of 0.002 μg/g-0.06 μg/g. The testing results of GBW10021 were agreed with the certified values. Conclusion The contents of Fe, Mn, Zn were relatively higher than that of the other elements in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.. The dissolution rates of trace elements ranked as the following Zn≈As>Cr>Pb>Cd>Mn>Cu>Fe, and the obtained research data could provide scientific evidences for reasonable utilization of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.
