摘　　要：本文在对口述档案相关理论和概念进行讨论和辨析的基础上,提出了口述档案开发利用三个原则。在理论研究部分,分别对口述档案的定义、属性和特点等问题进行讨论,提出了口述档案的本质属性和口述档案的主观性、印证性、不确定性和形成过程的原生性与客观性等特点,并对口述档案的价值进行了论证和分析。在口述档案开发利用原则部分,提出了口述档案的采集原则、整理原则和服务利用原则,以期为开展口述档案资源建设与服务提供更为系统的理论支持。Based on the discussion and analysis of the relevant theories and concepts of oral archives,this paper puts forward three principles of Oral Archive development utilization.In the theoretical research part,the definitions,attributes and characteristics of oral archives are discussed respectively.The essential attributes of oral archives and the subjectivity,evidence attribute uncertainty and the originality and objectivity of the formation process are proposed.Characteristics and the value of oral archives was demonstrated and analyzed.In the principle of constructing oral archives,the collection,collation principle and development and utilization principles of oral archives were put forward,in order to provide more systematic theoretical support for the development of oral archives.
