摘  要:针对时滞现象对广域电力系统的稳定性产生的严重影响,研究区间变时滞影响下广域电力系统的稳定性分析及控制器设计问题。首先,构建含有区间变时滞的广域电力系统数学模型;然后,提出一种增广向量和Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函的构造方法,同时采用Wirtinger积分不等式、Extended积分不等式、凸组合等方法对泛函导数进行解析,降低了解析误差,得到具有较小保守性的稳定性结论,扩大了系统的稳定运行区域;接着在此基础上,设计无记忆反馈控制器和带记忆反馈控制器,利用分步线性化方法处理非线性项,将控制器的存在性条件归结为严格线性矩阵不等式的形式;最后,通过典型的二阶系统、单机无穷大系统和4机11节点系统,仿真分析证明通过该文所提方法得到的时滞稳定性判据具有较低的保守性,仿真结果进一步说明所设计的控制器有着较好的控制效果。Time delay existing in wide area power system can always cause severe effects on the operation performance of the whole system,the paper is concerned with the stability analysis and controller design of the wide area power system with interval time-varying delay.Firstly,the model of wide area power system with interval time-varing delay is established,based on that,a new augmented vector and new Lyapunov-Krasoskii functional are constructed.Then,the Wirtinger integral inequality,Extended integral inequality,Convex combination approach and Schur compliment are used to estimate the derivative of the functional,as a result,the estimting errors are reduced and a less conservative stability criterion is obtained,and the stability margin of system is expanded.Based on that,the memoryless and memory feedback controller are designed,by using the staged linearization method,the existence condition of the controller are transformed into the feasibility of linear matrix inequalities.Finally,simulations of the typical second-order system,the single machine system and two-area four-generator power system are given to illustrate that,compared with existing methods,the proposed method of this paper reduces the conservatism of the existence condition of the controller and has better control results.
