摘  要:幼师职业知识和能力集中体现在幼儿教学活动设计上,而把握教学目标和延伸拓展是该能力的必要因素。设计幼儿教学活动目标的能力集中表现在把握教学目标的主要功用与基本原则两个层次上;幼儿活动延伸拓展的能力主要表现在主题、角色、步骤、环境与时空等方面。The professional knowledge and ability of kindergarten teachers are mainly embodied in the design of kindergarten teaching activities,and grasping the teaching objectives and extending and expanding are the necessary factors of this ability.The ability to design of objectives for children's teaching activities is mainly manifested in two levels:grasping the main functions and basic principles of teaching objectives.The ability to extend and expand children s activities is mainly manifested in themes,roles,steps,environment,time and space,etc.
