高职校企联合培养模式下公共基础课程改革研究——以面向航空维修职业资格的物理教学为例

摘　　要：高职校企合作人才培养模式注重对学生职业能力的培养,而公共基础课程是培养学生人文素质、综合素质的重要课程,在校企合作人才培养模式中发挥着重要作用。文章通过对公共基础课程在学生职业能力培养中的作用分析,并以面向航空维修职业资格的物理教学为例,讨论公共基础课程改革的实施原则,提出了校企合作背景下,高职公共基础课程改革的实施策略。School-enterprise cooperation education lays emphasis on the cultivation of students'vocational ability.Public elementary courses are essential in developing students'humanistic quality and comprehensive quality,which plays an important role in school-enterprise cooperation education.The article proposes implementation strategy on the reform of public elementary courses in higher vocational college through analyzing the function of public elementary courses in developing students'vocational ability,and discusses the implementation rules of public elementary courses reform with a case study of physics teaching of vocational qualifications for aviation maintenance.
