“双一流”建设中师范院校外语教学发展路径探析

摘  要:“双一流”建设方案是从国家层面对我国高等教育作出的重大决策,为师范院校外语教学发展提供了绝佳机遇。但在具体实施过程中,又存在诸多现实问题,如去师范化、文化失语等,师范院校逐渐缺失固有的特色与优势。因此,文章首先从“双一流”建设这一大背景出发,对师范院校外语教学发展现状进行分析;然后从学科建设、资源共享及教学管理三方面着手,提出构建具有中国特色的一流师范院校和一流外语教育学科的设想。The"Double Tops"construction plan is a major strategic measure on China's higher education at the national level.It offers an excellent opportunity for the development of normal universities.However,there are many practical problems during the construction process,such as removal of normalization,cultural aphasia,and loss of the inherent advantages of a normal university.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze the development status of foreign language teaching with the"Double Tops"construction as its background,and then,from the perspectives of discipline construction,resource sharing and teaching management,the author puts forward some ideas for building a first-class normal university with Chinese characteristics and a first-class foreign language education discipline.
