摘　　要：课程建设主要包括课程模式和教学模式两方面的建设。结合“微电子工艺技术”课程的特点,论文从课程大纲制定、教学内容更新、师资队伍建设、线上资源制作、教学模式和教学方法优化、课程考核体系建立等多个方面提出了具体的建设方案。课程建设方案对工科专业课程具有一定的普适性,可以推广应用。The course construction mainly includes the construction of the course mode and the teaching mode.Combined with the characteristics of the"Microelectronics fabrication technology"course,the paper proposes detail program from the aspects of course syllabus development,teaching content update,teacher team construction,online resource production,teaching mode and teaching method optimization,and course evaluation system establishment.The construction program has certain universality for engineering specialty courses and can be promoted and applied.
