摘　　要：在分析CDIO教育模式的核心理念与要素,以及当今社会对工业工程人才现实需求基础上,针对工业工程专业特点与人才培养目标,调研了当前工业工程专业实验教学现状,并在此基础上,以实验服务于实践,实验致力于提升学生解决实际问题的能力为根本宗旨,有针对性的提出了工业工程专业实验教学改革若干建议与措施,为工业工程专业培养适应创新实践性人才提供有意义的参考。Based on the analysis of the core concepts and elements of CDIO education model and the realistic demands for Industrial Engineering(IE)talents in today's society,and in view of the characteristics and training objectives of IE,this paper investigates the current situations of experimental teaching in IE.On this basis,the fundamental purpose of the experiment is to serve practice and strive to improve the ability to solve practical problems.Some suggestions and measures for experimental teaching reform of industrial engineering major are put forward,which can provide meaningful reference for training innovative and practical talents of industrial engineering major.
