激发党肌体“神经末梢”:高校学生党支部建设的思考与探索

摘　　要：基于《大学生党员自我身份认同状况》调查及全国党建工作样板支部的建设经验,提出目前大学生党员群体存在党员身份意识不强、党员发展进出口把关不严,党员教育活动实效性不足等问题。推动高校学生党支部建设的三个转变,即从“角色规定”到“角色自觉”的转变;从“约定俗成”到“建章立制”的转变;从“坐而论道”到“行而知之”的转变,实现让党员身份“亮起来”、让党员管理“严起来”、让党员教育“活起来”的建设目标。Based on the"self-identity status of college student party members"and the experience of construction the model party branch,it is proposed that the current party member group has a weak sense of party members'identity,the management of party members is not strict,and the party members'educational activities are not effective.Three changes should be promoted in the construction of college student party branches,the transition from"role rules"to"role consciousness";the transition from"conventional custom"to"establishing a constitution";from"discussing without doing"to"unity of knowing and doing".The transformation will identify yourself as a party member,strict management of party members and active party member education.
