摘 要:作为苏北农村职业学校,江苏省车辐中等专业学校开展了德育读本活动,存在实施吸引力不够等一些现实问题。面对这些问题,针对农村中职生的特点,学校着重运用适合教育的理念,聚焦德育读本,通过活用,寓教于乐,探究适合农村职教的读本内容、活动、方式、主体等层面的创新,变静为动,变被动为主动,彰显读本的吸引力,促进学生养成教育,提升学生职业素养,为学生的幸福发展奠定积极的思想与文化专业基础。As a rural vocational school in northern Jiangsu province,Jiangsu Chefu Secondary Vocational School has carried out moral education reading activities.However,there are some practical problems such as the lack of implementation attraction.Faced with these problems,in view of the characteristics of rural secondary vocational students,the school lays emphasis on the concept of suitable education,focusing on the moral education reading books,exploring innovations in the contents,activities,methods and subjects of reading books suitable for rural vocational education through flexible use and enjoyment of teaching,turning the static state into the dynamic one,turning the passive emotion into the active one,highlighting the attractiveness of reading books,promoting the students'development education,enhancing their professional quality,so as to lay a positive ideological and cultural professional foundation for the students'development.
