摘　　要：经济新常态背景下,“智能制造”是制造业产业转型升级的主方向,“高素质”是制造类人才培养的主趋势。针对当前高职教育改革与发展进程中仍然面临理念更新、产教融合、课程改革、有效教学等层面的障碍,对高职制造类人才培养进行新定位,是培养创新型、复合型高素质制造类人才的应有之义:由“制”到“智”的“全人教育”理念、搭建“校企融合”的育人平台、践行“知行合一”的课程体系、营造“向学性”的课堂生态。Under the background of new normal economy,"intelligent manufacturing"is the main direction of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading,and"high quality"is the main trend of manufacturing talent training.In view of the obstacles in the process of reform and development of higher vocational education,such as renewal of ideas,integration of production and education,curriculum reform and effective teaching,a new orientation of the training of manufacturing talents in higher vocational colleges is the proper meaning of cultivating innovative and compound high-quality manufacturing talents:from"system"to"intellect"of"all-round education".The concept of education is to build a platform for education of"school-enterprise integration",practice the curriculum system of"integration of knowledge and practice",and create"learning-oriented"classroom ecology.
