摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、实地调研法以及访谈法,从行业、企业以及学校三个方面开展深入调研,发现民航人才紧缺,行业对空乘人才需求迫切;校企合作企业的基础实力较强,但其参与校企协同育人的程度不一,自身也缺乏安全感;调研的58所具有代表性的开设空乘专业的院校基础实力较强,但在专业自身发展、优质合作企业选取、师资队伍建设、优质教学资源建设、校企融合程度及合作成效显著度等方面还有待加强。基于调研结果及其分析,从发挥政府引导及协调作用、体现学校育人中枢作用、搭建企业育人主力平台三方面提出了提升校企协同空乘人才培养成效的有效路径。By using the methods of questionnaires,field investigation and interviews,the author conducts in-depth investigation from three aspects:the industry,enterprises and schools,and finds that civil aviation talents are in short supply,and the industry needs flight attendants urgently.The basic strength of the enterprises is strong,but the degree of their participation in the school-enterprise cooperative education is different,and they are also lack of security sense.58 representative aircrew colleges have strong basic strengths,but they still need to be strengthened in the aspects of professional self-development,selection of high-quality cooperative enterprises,construction of teaching staff,construction of high-quality teaching resources,degree of school-enterprise integration and remarkable cooperation effects.Based on the survey results and analysis,this paper puts forward ways to improve the effectiveness of the school-enterprise cooperative flight attendant training from the following three aspects,respectively,giving full play to the role of government guidance and coordination,reflecting the central role of school education,and building the main platform of enterprise education.
