摘  要:新课改革的稳步推进和深入发展对思想政治课教师专业发展提出了新的要求,为此,学校应从教育理念、知识结构、专业能力等教师专业发展的内涵出发,进一步加强思政课教师的在职培训,围绕教师的专业发展确立培训目标,紧密围绕思想政治课新课改的主题开展培训,注重思政课教师实践性的培养,另外,教师应树立专业发展的意识,通过加强自主学习,立足教学实践,注重教学反思,积极参与校本研修,有效促进自身专业发展。The steady advancement and in-depth development of the new curriculum reform putsforward new requirements for the professional development of ideological and political teachers. To thisend, schools should further strengthen the in-job training of the ideological and political teachers fromthe connotation of teacher professional development such as educational philosophy, knowledge structureand professional competence. During the in-job training, teachers should establish training objectivesaround the professional development of teachers, closely carry out training on the theme of newcurriculum reform in ideological and political courses, and pay attention to the practical cultivation ofideological and political teachers. In addition, teachers should cultivate the awareness of professionaldevelopment and strengthen self- directed learning. Based on teaching practice, teachers should payattention to teaching reflection, actively participate in school-based training and effectively promote ourprofessional development.
