成人急性白血病合并中枢神经系统白血病临床及影像学分析

摘　　要：目的总结成人急性白血病患者合并中枢神经系统白血病的临床及影像学特点。方法整理26例成人急性白血病患者合并中枢神经系统白血病患者的病例资料及影像学数据,按照疾病发展演变分期归纳总结各个病例的特点与共性。结果临床诊断急性淋巴细胞白血病13例,急性非淋巴细胞白血病11例,还有2例慢性粒细胞白血病急性变;26例患者随访统计死亡12例,失访2例,存活12例;CNSL侵犯中枢神经系统部位与程度不同,具有不同的影像学表现。结论成人中枢神经系统白血病可并发于急性白血病的各个亚型,临床预后不佳。Objective To summarize the clinical and imaging features of adult patients with acute leukemia complicated with central nervous system leukemia.Methods The medical records and imaging data of 26 patients with acute leukemia and central nervous system leukemia were sorted out.The characteristics and commonality of each case were summarized according to the evolution of the disease.Results 13 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia,11 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia,and 2 cases of acute myeloid leukemia were diagnosed.Twenty-six patients were followed up for statistical death and 2 cases were lost to follow-up.Survived in 12 cases.CNSL invades the central nervous system in different locations and degrees,and has different imaging manifestations.Conclusion Adult central nervous system leukemia can be complicated by various subtypes of acute leukemia with poor clinical prognosis.
