摘 要:基于瞬态冲击响应特性进行了高速铁路无砟轨道砂浆层脱空的检测和识别方法研究。采用LS-DYNA软件建立了CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道多层结构截面的有限元模型,对不同尺寸脱空的工况进行了数值模拟,分析了模拟结果的速度时程曲线特性、频谱曲线特性和导纳变化特性,提出了基于瞬态响应特性检测砂浆层缺陷的识别参数。对预设不同尺寸缺陷的高铁实体模型进行了试验,结果表明,砂浆层存在脱空时,测点的速度时程曲线振幅增加、低频频谱峰高、导纳均值增加且导纳谱呈现多峰特征,基于瞬态冲击响应特性可准确识别砂浆层内大于0.4 m的脱空病害。Based on the transient shock response characteristics,the detection and identification of mortar void in the ballastless track of high-speed railway were studied.The CRTSⅡballastless track finite element model was built by LS-DYNA software.The numerical simulations of different sizes of mortar void were carried out.The characteristics of the time-history curve,spectral curve and admittance variation of the simulation results were analyzed.The identification parameters of mortar layer defects based on the transient response characteristics were proposed.The slab impulse response method was used to test the high-speed railway entity models with different sizes of mortar void.It is shown that,when the mortar layer contains voids,the amplitude of the velocity time-history curve increases,the peak value of the low-frequency spectrum increases,the mean value of the admittance increases,and the admittance spectrum exhibits multi-peak characteristics.When the defect length is larger than 0.4 m,the disease of mortar layer can be identified based on the transient impact response characteristics.
