摘 要:科学选择转型发展的路径,是陕西职业教育应答工业4.0时代的重大课题。从陕西省职业教育发展的协同化、职教人才培养价值链的升级化、行业领域内教学模式的特色化等维度去把握工业4.0的特征与陕西职业教育发展的重大变化显得尤为关键。然而,陕西职业教育还存在着发展认识滞后于工业4.0潮流,办学条件滞后于工业4.0要求,课程体系落后于工业4.0标准等现实问题。因此,在工业4.0的大背景下,从课堂教育向跨界教育转向、从专业教育向混搭教育转变、从一能教育向多元教育转换等方面去探索陕西职业教育转型发展的新路径,不仅有利于陕西职业教育的全面发展,更有助于社会正确认识职业教育发展的战略意义。It is an important issue for Shaanxi vocational education to choose the path of transitional development scientifically in response to the Industrial 4.0 Era.And it is particularly crucial to grasp the characteristics of Industrial 4.0 and the significant changes in the development of vocational education in Shaanxi Province from the synergy of the development of vocational education within the province,the upgrading of the value chain of vocational education personnel training,and the specialization of teaching modes in the field of industry.However,there are still some practical problems in Shaanxi vocational education,such as lagging behind the trend of Industrial 4.0 in development and awareness,lagging behind the school running requirements of Industrial 4.0,and lagging behind the Industrial 4.0 standards in curriculum system.Therefore,in the background of Industry 4.0,we are supposed to explore the new path of the transformation and development of Vocational Education in Shaanxi from the"classroom education"to"cross-border education",from"professional education"to"mixed education",from"one-ability education"to"multi-education".It is not only helpful to the overall development of vocational education in Shaanxi Province,but also conducive to the correct understanding of the strategic significance of the development of vocational education.
