摘  要:基于应用型人才培养目标,针对淮南师范学院化工类专业课程设计教学过程中存在的问题,构建了“渐进式实践”教学体系,引入了智慧课堂教学新模式,建立了“双师双能型”师资队伍,并依托设计竞赛平台,积极推进教学改革,以培养具有良好工程实践能力和创新精神的专业技术人才。Based on the training objectives of applied talents, to solve the problems existing in the teaching process of course design of chemical engineering in Huainan Normal University, the teaching system of "progressive practice" was constructed, a new model of wisdom classroom teaching was introduced, and the teaching staff with double-qualifications and double-skills was also established. These effective measures to promote the teaching reform relying on chemical engineering competition platform were conducted. Consequently, the results of reform revealed that the methods were effective in the cultivation of professional and technical personnel with good engineering practical ability and innovative capacities.
