摘　　要：在我国中西部广大农村偏远地区,合格的小学英语师范毕业生供不应求,为保证义务教育均衡发展,培养小学英语师范毕业生合格的教学技能迫在眉睫。地方本科院校与一线小学骨干教师协同教育培养英语师范生教学技能训练模式切实有效。The qualified primary English teachers graduated from normal universities are in short supply in the remote rural areas of the central and western regions of China.To ensure the balanced development of compulsory education,it is extremely urgent to cultivate qualified teaching skills for primary English teachers.It is an effective model to train the English teaching kills of normal university students through the collaborative education between local undergraduate universities and first-line primary school backbone teachers.
