摘　　要：利用顶空固相微萃取和气相质谱联用法分别对中蜂龙眼蜜和意蜂龙眼蜜样品进行挥发性成分分离检测,并结合中药色谱指纹图谱评价系统建立挥发性成分指纹图谱.结果表明:供试中蜂龙眼蜜和意蜂龙眼蜜样品中的挥发性成分种类相近,但各组分的相对百分比含量差异显著(P<0.05);共分离鉴定出38种挥发性成分,分别建立了由16个共有峰组成的中蜂龙眼蜜挥发性成分指纹图谱,以及由15个共有峰组成的意蜂龙眼蜜挥发性成分指纹图谱.其中,乙酸苯乙酯仅在中蜂龙眼蜜样品中被检出,其相对百分比含量为2.22%±0.40%,而在意蜂龙眼蜜样品中无检出.To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of volatile components in longan honey for scientific evaluation and quality control,longan honey samples brewed by Apis cerana cerana and A.mellifera ligustica were firstly concentrated by headspace solid phase microextraction and then analyzed by gas chromatography?mass spectrometry.A total of 38 volatile components were identified in the samples.Among them 16 common fingerprint peaks made up the chromatographic fingerprint of volatile components of honey brewed by A.cerana cerana,and there were 15 common fingerprint peaks in that of A.mellifera ligustica.The results also showed that acetic acid and 2?phenylethyl ester were only detected in 16 longan honey samples brewed by A.cerana cerana,but not in other 11 honey samples brewed by A.mellifera ligustica.
