摘 要:资源获取和员工创造力对平台型企业的发展至关重要。为了明晰平台企业资源获取对员工创造力的影响路径,文章在相关理论基础上构建了动态学习模型,并通过SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0对来自4个地区6家平台型企业435份员工的问卷数据进行实证分析。研究发现:资源获取对创造力影响路径是一个动态化学习过程,表现为资源获取(知识资源和信息资源)对员工创造力起显著的促进作用;二元组织学习(探索式学习和利用式学习)在资源获取与创造力之间具有中介作用;学习敏锐度能够调节资源获取与二元组织学习、资源获取与创造力之间的关系,但是弱化了二元组织学习在资源获取与员工创造力之间的中介作用。Resource acquisition and employee creativity are crucial to the development of platform-based enterprises.In order to clarify the impact path of platform enterprise resource acquisition on employee creativity,this paper constructs a dynamic learning model on the basis of relevant theories,and makes an empirical analysis of 435 employees'questionnaires from 6 platform enterprises in four regions through SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0.It is found that the path of resource acquisition to creativity is a dynamic learning process,which shows that resource acquisition(knowledge resources and information resources)plays a significant role in promoting employee creativity.Dual organizational learning(exploratory learning and exploitative learning)plays a mediating role between resource acquisition and creativity.Learning agility can regulate the relationship between resource acquisition and dual organizational learning,resource acquisition and creativity,but weakens the mediating role of dual organizational learning between resource acquisition and employee creativity.
