摘 要:习近平总书记在纪念五四运动一百周年大会重要讲话中强调,新时代青年要锤炼品德修为,弘扬社会正气。书院作为一种特殊的文化教育形式,以培养德性、化育人生为主要目的,其目标是培育德行健全的“圣人”,培养内容为儒家经典、历史典籍、诗词歌赋等。书院的德性教育是通过“分年”的教育阶段、讲会与会讲的教育形式、德学并重的考核标准和潜移默化的德育环境来实现的。探究书院在培养人的德性方面的积极作用,对培养新时代大学生健全人格有重要启示。President Xi Jinping stressed in his important speech to the congress marking the centenary of the May 4 th movement that young people in the new era should exercise moral character and conduct moral conduct,and promote social integrity. The ancient Chinese Shuyuan originated in the Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Song Dynasty. It played an important role in moral education in the historical process of our country.As a special cultural education system, the academy aims to cultivate the main purpose of virtue and education. The goal of the ancient Chinese Shuyuan is to cultivate a sound "sage" of morality, and to cultivate content such as Confucian classics, historical classics, poetry and songs. It is realized through the education stage of "division of the year",the form of education in the lectures, the assessment criteria of both morality and education, and the imperceptible moral education environment. Exploring the positive role of ancient academies in cultivating human virtues has important implications for the development of modern undergraduates’ personality.
