摘  要:心血管外科是一门专科性较强的临床学科,不仅包含外科解剖基础知识,同时还涵盖了病理生理、药理及心血管内科等多学科综合知识。随着人们生活水平的提高和习惯的改变,临床病例激增,影像学检查方法及治疗发展迅速,目前地级市以上的医院逐渐对其进行单独分科。该学科理论知识繁多,紧密结合临床实践,教学专业性强,但教学课时安排少,临床见习教学难度大。传统的课堂教学模式难以满足现代心血管外科教学需求,本科室在临床见习教学过程中注重教师素质培养,引入多媒体资源和标准化病人丰富教学内容,整合应用新理念教学模式,增加师生互动,激发学生兴趣,引导学生角色转变,有效提高了见习教学效果。Cardiovascular Surgery is a highly specialized clinical discipline that includes not only basic knowledge of surgical anatomy,but also comprehensive knowledge of pathology,pharmacology,and cardiovascular medicine.With the improvement of people’s living standards and habits,clinical cases have proliferated,imaging methods and treatments have developed rapidly.At present,hospitals at prefecture-level cities and above have gradually divided them.The subject has a wide range of theoretical knowledge,closely combined with clinical practice,and has a strong professional teaching,but there are fewer teaching time schedules and it is difficult to teach clinically.The traditional classroom teaching mode is difficult to meet the needs of modern cardiovascular surgery teaching,the department should pay more attention to the cultivation of the quality of teachers,bringing in multimedia resources and standardized patient teaching to enrich the teaching contents,integrate utilized the new teaching models to increase the interaction between teachers and students and stimulate students’learning interests,guide students to implement their transition to a real doctor,the above measures can effectively improve the effect of clinical noviciate teaching.
