儿童精神分裂症家庭照顾者疾病获益感的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入访谈儿童精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者疾病获益感的体验,为精神分裂症患儿的延续治疗及康复提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,于2018年5—8月采用目的抽样法选择新乡医学院第二附属医院儿童少年精神科住院的15名精神分裂症患儿家庭照顾者进行半结构式访谈。利用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈结果进行整理和分析。结果精神分裂症患儿家庭照顾者存在疾病获益感,可以提炼出4个主题:形成新的生活哲学;对健康有了新的认识;个人能力的提升;感知亲人的支持。结论精神分裂症患儿家庭照顾者能够从孩子患病的过程中体验到疾病获益感,建议医护人员从积极心理学的角度,引导患儿照顾者从患病过程中进一步感知益处,充分发挥患儿的家庭功能,以促进精神分裂症患儿的早日康复。Objective In-depth interviews with family caregivers of children with schizophrenia to explore the experience of the caregivers'benefit finding were conducted,in order to provide evidence for continuing treatment and rehabilitation of children with schizophrenia.Methods By phenomenological research method,a semi-structured interview was conducted for 15 family caregivers of children with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from May to August 2018 selected by purposive sampling.Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to collate and analyze the interview results.Results Family caregivers of children with schizophrenia have experience of benefit finding,which can be refined into four themes:forming a new philosophy of life;having a new understanding of health;improving personal ability;and perceiving the support of relatives.Conclusions Family caregivers of children with schizophrenia can experience the benefit finding from the process of their children's illness.It is suggested that medical staff should guide caregivers of children to further find the benefit from the process of illness from the perspective of positive psychology and give full play to the family function of children so as to promote the early recovery of children with schizophrenia.
