摘　　要：法学本科教育是法治人才培养的基础环节。本科教育是学生基础能力的形成期,需要将基础能力的培养置于首位。法学本科生的基础能力提升应聚焦口头表达、书面写作和沟通协调这三项能力。积极"对标"开展参与式教学,对于实现这一目标具有极为重要的意义。Undergraduate legal education is the most fundamental link in the cultivation of rule-of-law talent.Undergraduate education is the formation period of students' basic abilities,which means the development of basic skills should be considered first.The improvement of undergraduates'basic ability should focus on the three abilities of oral expression,writing and communication and coordination.With the purpose of those "targets",the adoption of the participatory teaching in domestic legal education has great significance.
