高校大型仪器资源共享的问题与解决思路

摘　　要：高等学校的教学科研活动离不开大型贵重仪器设备的支持。同时,社会各界也对高等学校和科研院所的大型科研设施和大型仪器设备有使用需求。在共享经济的发展理念下,高校的大型仪器资源面向社会开放是高校管理者义不容辞的责任。详细分析高校大型仪器设备使用和管理现状,寻找阻碍资源共享的体制机制障碍,并提出相应的解决方案。The teaching and research activities are highly relying on the support of large scale equipment in universities.At the same time,other sectors of society are still having usage requirements of large scale equipment in universities and research institutes.Under the concept of shared economic,the opening-up and sharing of large scale equipment in universities are an obligatory responsibility for every administrators in universities.Our paper analyzes the present situation about the use and management of large scale equipment in universities,looks out for institutional obstacles to impede the sharing of large scale equipment resources,and proposes adapted solutions fi nally.
