摘 要:全媒体时代,传统广电媒体面临着新媒体多方面多层次的冲击,广电人才的转型升级成为广电改革发展的关键。培养适应全媒体发展的广电人才迫在眉睫。文章从分析现状及存在问题出发,分析了地方广电如何在媒体融合发展中提高培训效率,提出了广电人才培训体系转型升级的思路与策略,探讨了全媒体时代广电人才队伍建设的有效路径。In the era of all-media,traditional radio and television media are facing multiple and multi-level impacts from new media.The transformation and upgrading of radio and television talents has become the key to the reform and development of radio and television.It is urgent to train radio and television talents that adapt to the development of all-media.Starting from the analysis of the current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward some ideas and strategies on how to improve the training efficiency of local radio and television in the development of media integration,and how to transform and upgrade the talent training system of radio and television,which is an effective way for the construction of the talent team of radio and television in the era of all-media.
