摘　　要：为了更好地推进新时代高校体育教育内涵式发展,采用文献研究法,将新中国成立70年来高校体育学的改革与发展划分为四个阶段:移植与初创期、恢复与调整期、壮大与规范期和新时代发展期。目前高校体育学面临的主要问题在于学科整体学术性不足、学科发展速度偏慢、不适应体育人才培养的需求和在高校中地位较低等。在习近平总书记新时代实现高等教育内涵式发展的指导思想下,我国高校体育学改革和发展的策略是:加快高校体育教育的学术内功建设、完善高校体育学科体系建设、专业设置切实符合新时代体育人才培养需要和争取成为独立学科门类。In order to better promote the implicit development of physical education in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper adopts the method of literature research and divides the reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities into four stages in the past 70 years since the founding of new China:transplantation and initial period,recovery and adjustment period,expansion and standardization period,and new era development period.At present,the main problems faced by physical education in colleges and universities are as follows:The academic nature of the subject is insufficient;the development speed of the subject is slow;it does not meet the needs of the training of physical education talents and has a low position in colleges and universities,and so on.Under the grand background that General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward to realize the implicit development of higher education,the strategies of reform and development of physical education in Colleges and universities are proposed:speeding up the development of the internal academic skill of the physical education in colleges and universities,improving the construction of the subject system of physical education in colleges and universities,setting up the professional setting to meet the needs of sports talents the new era and seeking to become an independent discipline.
