摘  要:中华人民共和国成立初期中等技术教育取代旧职业教育,此后职业学校一度兴办,“文革”时期遭到否定和摧残。20世纪80年代教育体制改革,新型的职业院校异军突起。职业教育确定“分流”的定位功能,发展迅速,占了后义务教育阶段的两个“半壁江山”,政策和法规建设也相应完备。新世纪高等学校大幅度扩招和高中阶段教育进入普及化,对职业教育影响显著。职业教育正式成为教育事业发展的战略重点之一,体系建设进一步深化。进入新时代后,职业教育发展开创了新的篇章。In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,secondary technical education replaced the old vocational education.Since then,vocational schools have been established,and were stopped and devastated during the Cultural Revolution.With the reform of the educational system in the 1980s,new vocational colleges have sprung up.It was determined that vocational education should play the role of“dividing students”and thus it has developed rapidly.It has been one of the“halves”in the post-compulsory education stage,with one half of the students to academic schools,while the other half to vocational schools;the policies and regulations have been established accordingly.In the new century,the large-scale expansion of higher education institutions and the enrollment of high school education have become more popular,and the impact on vocational education is significant.Vocational education has officially become one of the strategic priorities of the development of education,and the system construction has been further deepened.After entering the new era,a new chapter has been created along with the development of vocational education.
