摘 要:以《江苏省大学生体能考核指导标准(试行)》为依据,采用教学实验与问卷调查等方法,以高校体育选项课中身体素质教学与考核改革为主要干预手段,进行一学期的教学实验,探究对大学生身体素质干预的效果。结果表明:大学生的心肺耐力、上下肢及腰腹的肌肉力量与耐力均得到提高,干预效果明显。研究认为:《江苏省大学生体能考核指导标准(试行)》中的项目设置可以作为高校体育选项课的教学内容来干预当前大学生身体素质下降的趋势,这也是当前高校体育教学实践发展的现实需要。Based on the Jiangsu Province College Students’ Physical Fitness Assessment Guidance Standard(Tail ver.), this paper explores the effect of physical fitness intervention on college students by means of teaching experiments and questionnaires, taking physical fitness teaching and assessment reform as the main intervention means in elective courses of physical education in universities.The results showed that the cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength and endurance of upper and lower limbs and waist and abdomen of college students were improved, and the intervention effect was obvious. The research holds that the item setting in the Guiding Standard can be used as the teaching content of the elective course of physical education in universities to interfere with the current decline trend of college students’ physical fitness, which is also the realistic need of the current development of physical education practice in universities.
