高职院校贵重仪器设备分类绩效考核模式研究

摘　　要：随着高职院校进入快速发展期,各高职院校在贵重仪器设备购置方面的投入也越来越多。但较购置而言,各高职院校在贵重仪器设备绩效考核层面还有所欠缺。通过设计高职院校贵重仪器设备分类绩效考核的指标,将贵重仪器设备分为教学型、科研型和技术服务型进行绩效考核。With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,more and more investment has been made in the purchase of precious instruments and equipment in higher vocational colleges.However,compared with purchasing,there are still some deficiencies in the performance evaluation of precious instruments and equipment in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward the indicators of classified performance appraisal of precious instruments and equipment in higher vocational colleges,and divides them into teaching type,scientific research type and technical service type for performance appraisal.
