摘　　要：市场经济和互联网的高速发展,对经济社会的多个领域都产生了很大影响。市场对复合型人才的需求不断增多,且对人才质量有了更高的标准和要求。高职院校作为新时期人才培养的重要基地,在社会经济发展中发挥着重要作用。高校会计专业的教学目标是为社会培养更多的应用型和专业的财会人才,推动企业的健康发展和社会经济建设。要实现这一目标,高校会计专业在教学实践中要结合新的发展背景,分析当前高职院校会计专业教学管理和人才培养方面的问题,不断探寻和创新教学模式和教学管理路径,从而提升会计人才的综合素养。本文主要结合当前发展背景,探讨了高职院校会计专业精英班教学的管理创新思路和实践途径。The rapid development of the market economy and the Internet has a great impact on many fields such as the economy and society.The market development has a growing demand for compound talents,and there are higher standards and requirements for the quality of talents.As an important base for talent training in the new era,higher vocational colleges play an important role in social and economic development.The goal of college accounting major teaching is to cultivate more applied and professional accounting talents for social development and promote the healthy development and economic construction of enterprises.To achieve this goal,in the accounting teaching practice of colleges and universities,it is necessary to combine the new development background,analyze the current problems of accounting management and talent training in higher vocational colleges,and constantly explore and innovate teaching modes and teaching management paths,thereby enhancing the comprehensive quality of accounting talents.Based on the current development background,this paper discusses the innovative ideas and practical approaches of the teaching management of elite classes in higher vocational colleges.
