降解滁菊茎秆产纤维素酶的红绶曲霉MFCJ鉴定

摘  要:滁菊产业是滁州市特色产业之一,每年都会产生大量的茎秆,因茎秆中纤维素含量过高,旋耕还田后土壤碳氮比失调,导致了严重的土壤板结,营养比例失衡等一系列问题。纤维素经纤维素酶降解后可转化为添加剂、燃料和化学制品等,是最有前景的资源之一。该研究通过对滁菊种植基地土壤中产纤维素酶分解菌进行分离筛选与鉴定,并对分离出的菌株所产纤维素酶进行了活力检测,筛选鉴定出Aspergillus nomius.MFCJ菌株,能很好地降解滁菊茎秆,使滁菊茎秆得到充分有效的利用。chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’was one of the characteristic industries of Chuzhou,and more stalks were produced every year.Due to the high content of cellulose in the stalks,the soil carbon and nitrogen ratio imbal?ance,when were returned to the field after the rotary tillage.Those results caused a series of serious problems,such as soil compaction,nutrient ratio imbalance and improper usage of resources.In this project,the high yield and effi?ciency of Cellulose decomposition bacteria were isolated through the Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’planting soil.The strain was screened and identified by detecting the activity of the cellulase.results showed that the Cellulose decomposition stain,Aspergillus nomius.MFCJ,could degrade Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’stalks well,to make more full and effective usage of Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’stalks.
