摘 要:医学教学方法的改革和改进是培养优秀临床医生的基础。除了传统讲授式教学模式,目前有多种新的教学方法和教学理念更符合时代进步的需求。不同的教学方法具有不同的侧重点和优势,其在临床的应用也不尽相同。但这些教学方法有利于发挥学生的主观能动性,培养学生的创新精神,是培养新时代医学人才的必然要求。因此,本文主要总结问题为基础的教学法、以案例为基础的教学法、以团队为基础的教学法、迷你临床演练评估法、六步教学法PDCA循环法在医学教育中的应用情况,旨在为我国医学教育提供参考。The reform and improvement of medical teaching methods is the basis for cultivating excellent clinicians.In addition to the traditional teaching mode,there are many new teaching methods and teaching concepts that are more in line with the needs of the times.Different teaching methods have different focuses and advantages,and their clinical application is not the same.However,these teaching methods are conducive to giving play to students'subjective initiative and cultivating students'innovative spirit,which is an inevitable requirement for cultivating medical talents in the new era.Therefore,this paper mainly summarizes the problem-based teaching method,the case-based teaching method,the team-based teaching method,the mini clinical practice evaluation method,and the six-step teaching method PDCA circulation method in medical education.Provide reference for medical education in China.
