摘　　要：目前,各国都在抢占数据资源和商机,把大数据技术的发展定为国家发展战略。面对市场对大数据技术人才的大量需求,高职院校陆续开设大数据技术新专业。人们在实践中探索专业人才培养模式。走校企合作、共同育人之路是建设优质高职大数据技术人才的培养模式,是对市场资源的合理整合和充分利用。At present,all countries are seizing data resources and business opportunities,and making the development of big data technology a national development strategy.Faced with the huge demand of the market for large data technology talents,higher vocational colleges have set up new major of big data technology one after another.People are exploring the training mode of professional talents in practice.Taking the way of school-enterprise cooperation and joint education is to build a training mode of highquality data technology talents in Higher Vocational colleges.It is also a reasonable integration and full utilization of market resources.
