摘  要:证候的生物学基础研究是中医现代化研究的关键部分,也是阐明和坚定中医科学本质的核心环节。气滞血瘀证是中医临床常见证候,学者对其生物学基础开展了较为广泛的研究。文章总结了其在微循环障碍、血液流变学改变、炎症、凝血-纤溶系统失衡、血管内皮功能障碍、血脂异常、免疫功能紊乱等层面的研究进展,并结合中医理论分析了现代病理与中医病机的潜在联系,同时提出要从系统生物学入手研究气滞血瘀证生物学基础的观点,以期为进一步阐明气滞血瘀证发生机制带来一些启发和思考。The research of the biological basis of syndrome is a key part of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). It is also an important part to clarify the scientific essence of TCM. Syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis is a common clinical syndrome in TCM. Many scholars have conducted extensive researches on its biological basis. This review summarized the research progress of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis on microcirculation disorders, hemorheological changes, inflammation, coagulation and fibrinolysis system imbalance, endothelial dysfunction, dyslipidemia and immune dysfunction. Meanwhile, it analyzed the potential relationship between modern pathology and TCM pathogenesis of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis under the theory of TCM. At the same time, it is proposed to study the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis from system biology to provide some inspiration and thinking for the research.
