摘　　要：从可持续发展能力的概念入手,针对目前高职院校学生普遍存在的问题,分析了可持续发展能力的要素构成,通过建立以学生可持续发展为培养目标的人才培养方案、提升学生专业实践技能、重视培养学生人文素质、坚持终身学习这四个方面提升高职院校学生的可持续发展能力。This paper,starting with the concept of sustainable development competence,proposes existing problems amongst students in higher vocational college.Then,it analyzes components of sustainable development competence and puts forward the following four aspects for improving students relevant abilities,including working out cultivation program dedicated to students sustained development,strengthening students'professional skills,emphasizing their humanity quality and insisting on lifelong learning.
