花生营养油对SD大鼠大脑皮层DHA及乙酰胆碱含量的影响研究

摘  要:为了初步探究添加DHA藻油的花生营养油的功能性,分别以不同DHA藻油剂量的花生营养油灌喂的SD大鼠幼鼠和中老年鼠,检测对其大脑皮层组织中DHA及乙酰胆碱含量的影响。结果表明:含DHA藻油的花生营养油可显著提高SD大鼠幼鼠及中老年鼠大脑皮层组织中的DHA及乙酰胆碱含量,对SD大鼠中老年鼠大脑皮层组织中的DHA及乙酰胆碱含量的提升更显著。当花生营养油中纯DHA含量为750 mg/kg时,SD大鼠老年鼠大脑皮层组织中的DHA及乙酰胆碱含量分别是阴性对照组的5.76、4.13倍。In order to initially explore the functionality of peanut nutrient oil supplemented with DHA algae oil,SD rat pups and middle-aged rats fed with different DHA algal oil doses of peanut nutrient oil with the detection the effects of DHA and acetylcholine content in cerebral cortex tissue.The results showed that the peanut nutrient oil containing DHA algae oil could significantly increase the DHA and acetylcholine content in the cerebral cortex of SD rat pups and middleaged rats,the increase of DHA and acetylcholine content in the cerebral cortex of SD middle-aged rats was more significant.When the pure DHA content of peanut nutrient oil was 750 mg/kg,the contents of DHA and acetylcholine in the cerebral cortex of SD aged rats were 5.76 and 4.13 times of the negative control group,respectively.
